Our receptionists, Karen, Molly, and Cory are most likely to answer the phone when you call.  They will help you make your appointments and direct your questions to appropriate personnel.  Upon entering our offices, they will greet you, obtain co-payments,  and collect insurance information

Our billing department consists of Sue, Linda, Jeanine, and the billing manager Lisa.  These individuals are trained to help you with all your insurance questions, referral pre-certification, and billing needs.  Dale is available to help schedule all outpatient procedures.

Our medical assistants and nursing staff can help you with most medical questions and concerns.  They are excellent facilitators from our patients to our physicians.  These individuals will also handle prescription refills.  Kathleen, RN, and Pam, LPN, will most often be found in our Somerville office.  Beverly, RN, and Marylou, MA, work mainly in our Bound Brook location.  Linda, in our billing department, is also a trained medical assistant (MA) and helps with patient care.
